Serious play

Play elicits openness towards new possibilities and alternative perspectives. Research has shown that play is an effective method for improving innovation and job satisfaction, also for adults.

We want to promote the possibility to play and develop as an individual. When employees can find the feeling of playing in their work, they discover greater inner motivation and satisfaction and therefore their performance improves significantly.

We want to challenge that “play is waste of time” by science as the starting point which shows that play is central to our performance level. That is why we use play to open up to new possibilities and insights.
