Our background
We see it as a great privilege to work together as sisters who know and care for each other. In order to make optimal use of our differences and resources, we have gone through several long-term training courses ourselves, so that we, as well, can be the best partners professionally.
Many of our customers want to work with diversity, and we believe we have very good prerequisites to help them:
We grew up in an international environment, we live in two different countries and have worked on four different continents. Our services are available in Danish, Swedish and English.

Inga Coello
Head of the office in Denmark.
I have 20 years of experience as a teacher, coach and am the founder of the consulting company Coello.
I work primarily with teaching and training managers and employees who want to develop personally in their leadership and for relationships and teams who want improved collaboration. In parallel, I also provide professional coaching to clients in and outside Denmark.

My aim is to convey my knowledge in a simple and useful language, so that it can be easily used in the real world. I have many clients both at home and abroad and I’ve taught in Vietnam, Greenland, China and the Nordic countries. In addition to working in Coello, I have for many years provided services to the “Ledernes Kompetencecenter” (the leaders competence center), “Magisterforeningen” (the master’s association) and the diploma courses for managers at “Center for Offentlig Ledelse” (center for public management).

Elsebeth Coello Hedberg
Head of the office in Sweden.
I have a solid background in management, IT and sales from Danish, Swedish and international companies.
I am co-founder of Coello and head of the day-to-day office in Sweden. I primarily focus on the business development of our customers and work with tools that promote well-being and performance in people and in companies.

My top strengths are enthusiasm, kindness and curiosity. I enjoy working in various roles where there is a strong desire to improve, change and further develop individuals, teams and organisations. In addition, I have extensive experience and knowledge of working in different industries and cultures.
