I was totally overwhelmed by the experience from the Dare to Lead program. Still, I am surprised by the feeling of connectedness with the group I felt when it was time to say goodbye after day 3. This was so different from other trainings, I have participated in. “Who you are is how you lead” makes good sense. You really need to work on yourself if you want to expand your leadership capabilities.

Thanks for a well-planned training with tons of new learning! You had the ability to give perspective, transform some of my dogmatic thoughts and open new doors to developing my leadership capabilities. Thanks for equipping me with a variety of useful and practical tools, that I can benefit from, when I practice and further develop my leadership capabilities.
The entire leadership team participated in the Dare to Lead program, which has been a huge advantage for us. We developed ourselves as individuals and as a team and have a common ground and language to further develop and build our common leadership upon.
