How do you reboard after a long period with homework, social distance, zoom meetings and for some a better life work balance? Here are 3 tips for building trust and connection with your team when you meet again.
Tip 1. Lean into Vulnerability
To manage the hard conversations, you need to lean into vulnerability. Show the courage to share your thoughts, feelings and experiences with the team about the new normal even if you know that you can´t control the outcome.

Tip 2. Be a listener
Ask questions and be curious about the future and what is possible. You have to build grounded confidence together and secure a safe culture built on respect for each other.

Tip 3. Welcome conversations that are clear and honest
Don´t avoid the tough conversations about diverse attitudes e.g. the way you organize homework in the future. Be clear about what is ok and what is not ok and communicate it.
